The main use is still in the parts of some instruments. Sand holes and other defects sometimes appear in the production process, so how to avoid sand holes in aluminum alloy die casting?

1. To ensure the refining and degassing quality of aluminum alloy profile smelting, use good refining agent degassing agent to reduce the gas content in molten aluminum, immediately eliminate metal oxides such as liquid sludge and bubbles, and avoid bringing the vapor into the casting again;
2. Select excellent film release agent. The film release agent used should not cause vapor in aluminum die casting, and have excellent mold release characteristics;
3. Ensure that the exhaust pipe of the abrasive tool is smooth and unblocked, and the exhaust pipe is smooth, and ensure that the steam in the abrasive tool is completely discharged, especially the safe passage of the exhaust pipe at the place where the aluminum water converges must be smooth;
4. Adjust the main parameters of aluminum die casting, and the filling rate should not be too fast to avoid air entrainment;
5. Pay attention to the application of core-pulling and refrigeration in the design of products and stamping dies, and try to avoid the defect of excessive wall difference;
6. For the air outlet that often appears in the fixed position, it is necessary to improve the abrasive tool and design scheme.
