1. Material preparation: Select suitable aluminum alloy materials, usually using commonly used aluminum alloy materials such as ADC12 and A380. The materials should comply with relevant standards and undergo reasonable proportioning and adjustment.
2. Mold design and manufacturing: Design and manufacture corresponding die-casting molds based on the shape and size requirements of spare parts. The mold should have good rigidity and wear resistance, and be able to ensure the accuracy and surface quality of the product.
3. Melting and melting: Heat the aluminum alloy material to the melting point to turn it into a molten state. The melting process requires controlling appropriate temperature and time to ensure the quality of the molten aluminum alloy.
4. Injection and cooling: Inject molten aluminum alloy into the preheated mold, and fill the aluminum alloy into the cavity of the mold through high pressure. Then, the aluminum alloy is rapidly solidified and maintained in a stable shape through a cooling system.
